I'm an extremely faithful Lender of America customer and shareholder. I've been completely unimpressed using the Lender of America Include It-Up Plan. I closed in through their site and created qualifying acquisitions and didn't begin to see the credit come through instantly.
After repeated calls, I had been guaranteed that tech support team along with a boss might contact me back. This never happened. Lately, I called back again to reach a boss and was positioned on store. No solution. Actually, I had been interested if there actually could be a solution and so I quit the phone call on-hold. After I returned from function 24 hours later, the phone call was still on-hold. I got tired to be on-hold 25 hrs, tying up my phone-line, and so I eventually put up.
There's no justification for this kind of customer support (or absence thereof). I would suggest that others consider their business elsewhere.
