Devere and Partners Boiler Room Financial Sales Force
Having worked for and been a client of DeVere and Partners, I understand how they operate in the old style 'boiler room' sales force environment.
It is not financial advice as you would expect in a regulated environment. DeVere is effectively a hard sell double glazing style of sales, with 100% focus on commision
Natuarally they will try and sell you a product you want, so you may stumble across the correct investment, but this is left to chance. They do not operate in the usual financial recommendation style, as the objective is hard sell, not quality advice.
Choose a regualted (FSA for example) company that is accountable to a well recognised regulatory body. Avoid at all costs brokers that say they are 'regualted' by some vague comitee in cyprus or hong kong. This is not real regulation it is a token gesture.
