Officer Shawn Miller
Department of Law and investgation threaten, harass language

On October 2 I recieved a call from my friend saying that she recieved a call from an Office Jack Smith of the Department of Law Investation. She than call them back after being harassed on several ocassions. They infomred her that they were looking for me and that i had a fraud case pending against me for some Cashnet Marketing Loan that i took out.
My friend than called me and told me what was going on. There is something that is call the FDCPA (Fair Debit Collection Practice Act) which at this point was violated on two different time wish is govern by the FTC (Federal Trade Commisson). I than called the company I told them who i was the man with the Pakastain accent told me that i was not me and that i was someone else.
I told the man again who i was after arguing with me about who i am. He than id his self of Office Shawn Miller who is the senoir investagator and the head attonery. He told me to grab a pen and paper to take some information down. He told me i had case against me for this loan that i took out in January for $400.00 and the check was returned on March for $350.00.
Now you owe $2000.00 but you can settle for $985.00. I interpurted this Officer Shawn Miller and asked for the nuber to Cashnet Marketing. He told me that they have been trying to contact me and now it to late cause they don't want to here nothing i got to say.
Officer Shawn Miller told me that i was being sued and that the police was coming to my job and home. I tryed talking to him about the so called claim and told to shut up and listen and that i was stupid. I asked him for the account nubber that is was sent to he gave me the routing # to the bank on several occasions.
He told me that i don't need the it is too later that i am goingto be sued. Again this is violation of the FDCPA after going back and forward with this man he told don't worry about anything that the polce will be at my house and hung up.
I called him back he told that he was going to have a smok that i don't need to worry the police will be here. Again a violation of the FDCPA he than told me not to worry that he is attoney and i cn;t do nothing to him laughed and hung up.
