I received within the email nowadays, a "Client Privacy Statement". I browse the whole declaration, and just discovered two telephone numbers (one was a TDD/TTY number). I named the number, and was directed to enter my bill number, of course if used to donot have my bill number, that I'd have to enter my social security number. Today, listed here is the issue... I actually donot have a merchant account number since I actually donot actually understand who the corporation is! I talked with Alex, cust. Rep., who informed me that without either of these figures that she'd no method of assisting me. WHY do they've my title and tackle, but cannot pull-up my info from that?
