Requested free trial offer, observed a regular payment agreement. I called and terminated. They decided but continued payment, over $500 of unauthorized charges. I'm still looking to get them eliminated; they explained they terminated and offered me a termination # after which refused this when another cost seemed on my statement. I delivered the merchandise back, but costs held showing. No on must purchase the product and we ought to all get our money returned.
