If anyone wants to follow the bouncing ball if you look at the Hud web sight and find approved hud lenders type in Fairbanks. The Government is making a lot of noise but it's actions speak louder than it's words. Fairbanks is still approved as a Lender. Nothing on the sight states that they're being investigated and I'm getting sick of the people we voted to watch this stuff blowing smoke up my rear and not really doing anything about it.
