Ripoff They don't keep their promises

I received a letter from Nationwide C.S.inc.
9101 W. Sahara Ave., Suite #105-166
Las Vegas, NV 89117

The letter stated that I could make over 4000 dollars in 90 days. Guaranteed in Writing is what it said. I sent a 38 Dollar check to the above address.

They promise that if you sold over 100 envelopes that they would refund the 38 dollars and pay up to 400 for the first 100 envelopes. I have stop payment on the check. This is a Rip off.
