Two cancelations and still getting charged

I decided to a account with TLG till I obtained their pleasant bundle also it was nothing beats what I decided to join. I named and ended the account and that I told them I needed a return. The man offered me a fax number and explained that I'd to create out why I thought I earned a reimbursement and fax there. After I named I realized that I had been still getting charged. I called and ended again. I'm still getting charged after i ended twice. These telephone calls were a few weeks apart and that I talked having a person every time. I will comprehend one mistake, but this appears bad in my experience. I called my banks fraud department.
