I contacted this company and spoke with Brad Thomas on purchasing Commercial Loan Modification leads for my Commercial Loan Modification business. I was told that they had numerous leads that came in weekly and that there was only a few people actually buying these leads so I would have a pick of the leads coming in. I transferred $1,725.00 (if you wired the money, they gave you 10 more leads than if you charged your credit card, I see why now) because "they get charged" more for accepting a credit card. These are supposed to be fresh leads and having not a one of these leads respond was not right. I sent a note to Brad Thomas after 2 weeks of trying to get at least one of these leads to respond. I have emailed and left messages all week with no success. If I don't have anymore success in the next week, I will be asking for a refund. It seems like these guys would be clamoring for help. Remember they were probably shopping elsewhere and don't know who is who when the CID pops up. We don't issue refunds based on this issue however If you adjust strategy it will go much better moving forward. = Adjust my strategy? My strategy was to contact their leads and offer my service! If they are real leads they should be responding in some fashion. You said you had modification leads. It seems like there are more refinancing leads than anything. Refinance, Bridge, Hard Money, Short Term, Interim, Mezz, Cash Flow deal requests are exactly the people that need modification. They are not aware that it is possible until they are told. We are seeing a 92% renewal rate on this program already but the strategy is key. Brad = I have been trying to contact all the leads I have bought from tis company and have never been able to reach one lead. I cant get a response from the company. I am waiting for Brad Thomas to respond for a refund. I have been completely ripped off by this company. It is a total scam. I should have known once they said they wouldn't refund my money I was going to get ripped off. It's almost like they put fake names on the website and not worry about any repercussions from customers.
