Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

The SBA sold my disaster loans (house mortgages) on my house and guest house to Aurora Loan Services.

My last SBA statement was sent 9/11 and was due 9/26/02 and I paid it on 9/14.

Aurora sent me a coupon with no due date and I paid that on 9/25 which should have been the payment due on 10/26.

On 10/21 they created a statement with the wrong interest rate on one of the mortgages which was due on 11/26 and I paid that on 10/27.

The next month I got a statement due 12/26 and dated 11/11. I paid that on 11/20. Then I got a statement dated 12/3 which was also due on 12/26. I paid that on 12/11... So two invoices were paid promptly for the same billing period.

The next month the statement came date 12/24 and due 1/26... in spite of the fact that they had billed me twice the prior month and had been paid twice... The billing did not advance to the next month (2/26 since I should have been one month ahead). I paid that invoice on 1/2/03.

The next month 2 statements came for the same notes (both of them) one dated 1/31 and one dated 2/3 and both were due 2/26. That should have been for 3/26... I only paid one of them on 2/12 and wrote a note on the bill about my problems.

Then the next statement (dated 2/28) was due for 3/26... Although it should have been due 4/26.By this time things were feeling out of control and incorrect. I paid this bill on 3/8.

The next statement was dated 4/3 and a second one came out 5/2 showing that I was a whole payment past due. I called their "help" line and was on hold for and entire hour! Then I emailed them and got a letter back saying I just didn't understand how simple interest worked... 2 pages! I called this guy and sent him an accounting of what had been done to me. He said that he was busy and wouldn't get back to me right away. Nothing happened. That month they kept 100% of my payment as interest. While oddly not doing that on the small loan... Due the same day and paid with the same check.

This last statement was generated on 6/3 and the due date was 5/26. I spent 5 hours of professional time doing a full accounting and sent it to my officer Robert Lee. No response... Then I called and got the VP's name at my branch and faxed it to him (Robert Simpson 308 220-2599). That night I got a call from collections! Imagine that. After paying every bill promptly... Even some of the duplicate ones!

I was furious... Since I was actually ahead on my payements. I was promised that this would be fixed and I would be called that day and sent a new printout showing proper payments and principal and interest charges. That was Thursday... This is Saturday. Nothing. On Friday 13th, I also faxed my materials to the enforcement person at the SBA since they should be responsible to see that their disaster loans are properly administrated. I had struggled to pay off my mortgage before the earthquake and now owe more than I paid for the house to begin with.

And if the price of a loan to help me out is this kind of fraudulent accounting... What good was that SBA loan anyway? If these people can't bil correctly and on a regular basis... But simply penalize you for paying promptly (or are trying to squeeze you somehow to get you into default) they are playing with the wrong chick!

Can you help me in any way... I may have to hire my own attorney to get this straightened out and it isn't my responsibility to run their billing fairly and responsibly... To say nothing of accurately.
