I recently hired an automobile from Hertz and had the rental charged to some company creditcard. After I got my declaration, I noticed that Hertz had billed the incorrect bill. I attempted to get hold of Hertz repeatedly utilizing both their site and telephone support. Looking to get towards the Payment division was a headache! I named atleast 4 occasions, was but on-hold for more than 30 minutes every time so when I really got a live individual, I had been used in another quantity and positioned on store again for more than 45 minutes.

No body might aid me, being informed again and again again that it had been "Billingis problem" and was positioned on store. I wrote towards the Corporate workplace and am expecting an answer but I doubt that something is likely to be completed.
