I'm a Platinum Corporate client of Hertz for two decades.

A Hertz staff Moves Bizerck while I'm in a Hertz stop returning vehicle with another broker. Worker calls me a variety of profanities while other workers view.

I record event to Hertz and am informed a boss will-call me back.

Per week later and 8 calls to Hertz, NO BODY has named me back, NO BODY involved.

Worker who went crazy, continues to be at work.
