Our realitor referred us to Qwest. We spoke with Curtis Henderson, who claims to be the owner, and everything sounded good. We didnt think the fee was alot of money at all. We were told we should see a difference in our credit score in 30-45 days and the fee that we were charged would be enough to get us where we needed to be. Well 45 days passed and we weren't were we needed to be. So, yet another 30-45 days and MORE MONEY REQUESTED. We had a really hard time getting in contact with Curtis, we had to deal with the little girls that work there. When you ask these girls a question they dont have an answer for you. The girls along with the "owner" Curtis are very rude and clearly doesn't know how to run a business. We would ask questions and got a smart answer. I personally tried to speak to Curtis and he raised his voice at me, talked down to me, interrupted me while I was trying to speak, and told me I was an ungrateful customer. I paid this company my hard earned money and didnt deserve the kind of treatment I was given. I was also told that I was waiting his time and he had other customers to attend to. Mind you he told me all this and treated me like a scum off the street AFTER I PAID HIM!
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... Do not be the next victim. Take your money to another company who will value you as a customer.
