I had been paying my care credit to ge money on time every month without delay for 2 years. Then one day the statements stopped comming but i still carried on paying them on the same date or a day either side each month not knowing that the date had changed and i was paying a day or 2 late each month for almost 1 and a half years totaling over $1000 in charges, when i spoke to ge mony they said i had changed my payment details to an online elctronic payment instead of mailed statements, i asked them when this was done and they told me it was on november 16th on a monday... Get this, 2am when i have to up by 6am for work! Haha!
Now maybe i should have kept a closer eye on this and questioned this at the time but surely after paying ontime every month then all of a sudden late every month they should have used some customer service and let me know! Is there anything i can do or can anyone give me details of who i can contact?
