I emailed for the free sample in may. After reading the fine print i emailed them to discontinue it immediately, plus i phoned and had to leave a message. I had it shipped to my son's address, not mine. Being that i canceled, i did not mention it to my son. This is august 18th and i called my bank to see what my checking balance was. I was in the minus! I usually do my bank checking over the phone in the automated service. Today i looked at the printed statement i received in the mail and saw easy white for $85.18. I called the phone number and talked to zak #143. He denied my canceling and told me that i could not return the unused products. My son thought someone was sending these free to him, but never opened them. Zak then told me that a new shipment was on the way but he would credit me$45.00 and to keep it. He then sent me an email that stated i was finally canceled from this scam. It is much easier to talk about this than to print it. What can i do to get back$355.71?
