I had been named From The National Foreclosure team in March after entering my title to find aid with mortgage loan modification. And so I delay and that I delay she does contact however the same task is stated every time. Till ultimately they contact and today require updated info beacuse its been a few months and so I have it for them after which they contact and state the same no information however suspend inside we're due to get a foolow up call-in 10 to 15 times... Etc.
So now here we're after 5 1/2 weeks of waiting and that I eventually enter contact with atleast my second mortgage company. Thye tell me the very first time they've received any paperwork was on June 28th (I am mad, I delivered this infor Towards The Nationwide Forclosure Experts Team at First of May!!!) so that they tell me that it's in evaluation today and also to call-back. And so I currently contact the Manger of the Mitigation Dept. Mr. Joe Forti I've yet to receive the guarantees he created that evening like he would manage my document individually and perform a forensic on my mortgage and allow me understand the end result do not fear I wont drop my house he's likely to get straight back to me. Blah blah blah nicely which was on July 4th nowadays may be the 17th with no you have called me. Nevertheless I did so achieve my second mortgage company nowadays plus they explained that by July 13th they didn't receive my bank claims or paystubs therefore they're reluctant to supply any aid which the foreclosure procedures may get into effect.
