This company is a complete sham when they hire you to be a Loan Officer. But all you do all day 11am to 8pm is make 150 phone calls to a list of home owners. THE SAID YOU CAN MAKE OVER $ 10000 A MONTH WEN THEY HIRE YOU.
They are all cold leads. No computer involved here just a phone.
I did close 7 loans w / their hi fees and i got paid $1,300.00 in commission i spoke to another loan officer and this person closed one time 13 loan on a month the commision was $2500.00
Went i have that check i went i ask to my manager how are we going to make $10000 a month and how come the advertiser said make from $40,000 to 300,000 a year. Then if and appraiser is canceled they charge $150 per trip. This company is a scan by the way one of the owner is always pressuring people using profanity works. (joe sabino)
An other thing you will be there for no more than 4 month they will fired you and they will hire new people to scan...
