I get a letter that they had canceled my credit card. A business decisions since I was not using it very often. Not warning notice prior to canceling it. I've had their card since 1982 and my credit scores are in the 960's. Does that make any sense to you? I get the hey please use our card more part of it, but they could have said something. I applied for another card through amazon and Chase denied stating "length of time since oldest account opening is too short". Talk about screwing with my excellent credit! Goes to show you they don't want people with great credit (even thought that is what gets you CC) they want people that charge and charge and only pay their minimums. Can you say adding to the living beyond our means life! I have several other CC that I haven't use in a much longer time and they haven't canceled me.
