I didn't know for sure if I was ripped off or not. Until I saw your web-site. The only thing is I took action and dont know if I did the right thing. I called the company and told them I wanted a full refund they asked to return the package and to fax a copy of a check showing the withdrawal from my bank. I did all this but they told that it should be done in 72 hours. But they did tell me at first that I could get a full refund before 30 days and thats what im doing. I will take your advice and close my accounts. Thank You and I hope my info helps.
