Ok I went to court yesterday and i confronted with HFC" lawyer which is the debt collector. The Debt collector is Schectman Halperin Savage and they cannot be trusted at all. The Judge even asked them to waiver the interest but they didn't I am making payments to HFC weekly and they accepted it and they can't do anything else. They put a lien on my condo which is not right and i am on the verge of bankruptcy. I am trying to stay away from that route. Not easy at all. Payments are 20 EACH WEEK..
