Withdrawing unauthorized money from my bank account

I requested a pay day loan through the web site on the internet. I had been not requested to pay for any costs or did I approve any costs in the future from my bill. Because it works out, in my own state-of home, paydayloans aren't actually legitimate anymore. I came across a fee for $33.98 on my bill from Tavos nowadays which was by no means approved by me. I do want to understand who to make contact with to solve this. If anybody understands, please contact me @ [email protected]. Because of the character of the kind of scam, I'll follow this officially if required. Cheers,
