Very Bad service, may be fraud

I've waited on my reimbursement of costs for around six months now.

I've created 13 occasions on the site for that same. They'll respond me on the site following a monthapproximately and inform that it'll returned quickly. I also sent often to laxmi who's response on this website for complains and requesting to get hold of him for almost any difficulties with ibsn but to date he'dnot respond some of my emails. After several attempts I've approached their consultant finally and he described that I'll get my reimbursement by 24 th July without a doubt. And till time no refund.
