I sent this buisness a two installament totaling 758.99,329.99. At which point i was told a loan amount of 10.000.00 dollars was going to be fianaced at a rate of 198.01 for 5 years. I have had several times talked to the individual and promised to fund me the money of the loan. As of now 7/29/09 no contact has been received by the so called lender all i get is a voicemail and according to him james mott he would not be able to refund my fees, as they are already tied up in the loan process?
