I'm reporting that a womarn call me about 1257pm she stated that she was with the company smith dean and asst. That she calling me about a pay day advances loan that i recevie back in february To make a long story short is told me that i have until t 2 oclock today to pay this loan of 472 that she going to file felony charges on me and i was gone to be assrested ann=d i will have to bond out of jail in the amount of 1600dollars and she looking up my backgound and is see that i never been in trouble and tha if i get assrested that i would lose my job and that i would have a felony on my record in a wouldnt be able to get another. So i call her back to asked her to explain to me excatly what she mean that she could file these charges on me she put me on hold and then she that she have to go and she not going to keep on tell me or expailn to me anymore.
