Fraudulent use of my account

I did so a study —I had been billed By Ivory bright to get a free PATH present —I delivered them an email saying you're a " fraud " —used to do not request to become billed to get a " charge test " that price my charge card. They request I CONTACT them —and also the telephone number supplied wasn't functioning.

They delivered the garbage —I declined it —they charged my bill.

Its presently in challenge with PNC bank.
