Cross country is a rip off they will never let you pay them off you have to send them a one lump sum to get these people paid off.
I have had all the same expereinces that you have had and the closier you get to pay them off the worse the fees get or you get a letter with a paticapation fee or highier rates.
We should all report them to the fdic and attorney generals.
