He is Not saying anything new and gives really BAD suggestions! Los Angeles

Kevin Overcharges for shipping $23.90. When you go to the website that he suggests to find out if you have money coming to you, that cost you $18.00 just too find out! Which is not refundable! (I wonder if that is his site)...
He also recommends using your cash advance on your credit cards if you need cash fast... What a terrible thing to suggest!!!
