Bi Weekly and Loan Modification Issues

Anything continues to be good with CitiMortgage for a long time. We've had no problems for 6 decades, obviously, we've not needed to cope with them within the phone-in that point. The final month continues to be incredible though.

To begin with, we requested the Bi Weekly benefit program. Three bi weekly payments have been removed, with $25 of the $300 initiation charge taken out of every payment, before we'd obtained the very first regular record from CitiMortgage. Just two of the payments have been inserted into our CitiMortgage consideration, the 3rd was still being kept by FNC Insurance. We observed the bi weekly payments were only a 3rd party organization getting $200 additional per payment and spending the cost entirely monthly with $400 additional towards the theory. We looked over this and believed, "why do we have to spend a business to get this done for all of US?" I named CitiMortgage plus they stated they'd nothing related to this and that I had a need to contact FNC Insurance company (must have browse the fine-print which says it's a 3rd party organization). CitiMortgage offered the amount. I named FNC Insurance and requested them to stop my plan... The guy stated not a problem, and sent me a "notice of termination" to signal and go back to them. I also required FNC insurance provider to come back my next payment, that they were still keeping. Exactly the same man mentioned, "not a problem, simply signal and reunite the "notice of termination" and we will happily return your cash. I looked over the shape also it plainly states "FNC Insurance Co. Supplies the best to maintain any fees-not yet gathered." I told the man I'd not signal this type until I had been assured FNC Insurance Co. Wouldn't maintain some of my next payment these were waiting on hold to. I also requested in order for them to reunite the $75 of startup costs they'd previously gathered since I didn't wish to maintain the Bi Weekly strategy. The man believed to writeup a problem notice, signal it and send it in plus they might go over it. I wrote the issue notice and sent it in. I called back and also the same man claimed they viewed it and could be returning my cost entirely, with no $75 of startup costs currently gathered since we were three payments in to the strategy.
