Fairbanks Capital Corp. Has failed to respond within 48 hours to a prepayment penaly dispute. It has been over a week. Attempts to contact the company are useless. Customer service at the executive level is non-existent. Further, we have sent our mortgage payment via FedEx three times so payments would be timely. All three times we incurred late fees because the account was not credited promptly. It's a scheme to charge exorbitant late fees.
