These people called on May 14 with a low interest rate credit card and many features. I was very specific about fees, charges and features and quizzed them for 25 minutes. A person perporting to be Crystal Thomas, rep ID#5518 consistently lied and claimed ties to BankOne. They informed me of a processing charge and said it would not be charged until I received and activated my card. Well, that was not the case. Charged account on May 22.
Repeated phone calls have reached an electronic voice that informs me the requested mailbox is full, or the business is closed depending on the time of day called.
