Eceiveing a payoff

I fund an automobile through nuvell in- may the vehicle was complete out in march and also the insurance provider settled all the mortgage but $1379.02 and that I have space insurnace that didn't spend there component and so I was left to pay for it. And so I spend the $1379.02 on september 16 plus they cash my check and certainly will not deliver me a notice stating the mortgage is reduced they'll just inform me to keep in touch with a gathering broker which have. So so what can I actually do to obtain them to provide me a notice the mortgage is reduced
