Rude, disrespectful customer service!

My partner and that I borrowed an automobile for 60 weeks through Nuvell in June. We've been spending consistently through April till my spouse endured a temperature assault. He needed quadruple bypass surgery on April 11. On May 4 two of the bypasses collapsed, creating another coronary attack. This needed the keeping two smells on May 5, and one more two stents on May 25. He's currently impaired and not able to function till atleast September. We've attempted to work out and contract with Nuvell to simply accept incomplete funds until my spouse returns to function. Nuvell will not cooperated. They've created risks to take the vehicle until we create complete funds. My spouse is getting just 40% of his pay through his companies STD strategy. (I've been not able to function myself going back to decades as a result of debilitating autoimmune condition and serious arthritis in my own legs and back.) I've an SSDI reading arising in three months. While my spouse mentioned to Nuvell's customer support representative. That I couldn't function since I'd "poor legs" the ladies said really sarcastically, "Poor knees should not quit your spouse from getting a take a seat work someplace?" "Simply reveal where YOUR vehicle is really we are able to come and obtain it?"I find this sort of customer support rude, disrespectful and incredibly unprofessional. I need one to prevent funding through Nuvell.
