These people are constantly hiring because employees are constantly quitting. They advertise jobs in marketing and quick advancement. What they don't tell you is that you'll be doing door to door sales. They "teach" you the tricks of the trade and the idea to never take no for an answer. To the point that if you walk in to a business on your own, more often than not the person will dread you coming in the door knowing exactly what you're selling.
They flood the portland area with several dozen workers and companies get "hit" around once a month. The first "interview" is about 5 minutes and the second is an entire day with one of their salespeople walking around from door to door pedaling whatever you're selling. After that you're on your own till you get "promoted" and you begin having to teach the next person.
This company teaches no ethics and no morals, they just want to bother whatever company they're inside of till they finally cave and buy something. If your idea is working purely for comission in a job that will take you nowhere... APPLY NOW! Oh, and your expected hours will be from 7:30 to 6:30 every day... Have fun with that...
