Debt Resolution Specialists Aka Briggs And Baker false promises, won't pay off court cases they lost, being sued by state for one million dollars plus How does it feel to be in debt and not able to get out

This company has taken money from so many people it's hard to believe. On the DRS website they advertise they are..."founded upon the pillars of integrity and ethics"... And their goal is to provide..."top shelf service"... I wonder how many of the fifty plus small claims court plaintiffs got "top shelf service".

How is it a company founded upon the "pillars of integrity and ethics" is under investigation from the Attorney General of California? I have personally reasearched over 25 of these court cases and found this company to unresponsive and uncooperative in dealing with it's customers. This company won't honor it's written guarantee to refund my money and has lost a court case and the appeal. They have promised to pay me back more than once but never have.

On Nov 22, of 2002 Marie Villati told me they would pay me back within four to six months. It is now May 27 and she still won't return my calls. Darrin Baker promised to pay me and get my situation resolved on Dec 4. Nothing yet. Todd Baker was supposed to call me three different times to sttle this. He didn't call. Brad Hart has made many promises to me as has Luis Espino.

Look I could go on and on, I have a stack of documents and papers about 12 inches high all in regards to Briggs and Baker and their alter ego DRS. This company is in knee deep in litigation with no immediate end in site. I find it ironic that a debt elimination company now is in such debt that I've been told by people in the company they may declare banruptcy. After losing many lawsuits already this company "founded upon the pillars of integrity and ethics" and providing "top shelf service" does what you ask?

Why it changes the name on it's door from Briggs and Baker to DRS and hides behind the corporate veil. Now they say Briggs and Baker is broke so the plaintiffs who won their cases can't collect. It was a good strategy and it worked to keep the small cliams victims from collecting. But is it "top shelf" service? Is it "integrity and ethics"? I don't think so. Will the run and hide behind the lawyers skirts and corporate veil strategy work against the Dept. Of Justice and Dept of Corps? Stay tuned to the DOJ website. This is a case that reminds me of so many of the other corporate scandals in the news.

The little guy gets screwed and the "lawyers clean up all details". After what I've been through (and am still going through) with this company I can tell you, avoid them like the plague. Here's to the State of California collecting the $1,000, 000.00 minimum named in it's lawsuit against Briggs and Baker/DRS and the personally named employees and corporate officers of B&B/DRS. I know they have a good lawyer but the question is do they know a "top shelf" service company who will resolve their debts? That's right B&B/DRS "physician heal thyself". How does it feel to be in debt and not able to get out?
