Taking unathorized m0ney out of my debit

I truly have no idea how the corporation has entry to approve to consider cash out-of my checking. They're takeing $9.95 out each month. I've tried calling as well as sent them to tell them they're not approved to get this done. I've never gotten nothing within the email showing I got something. No fortune could somebody assist me with this specific scenario.
