We returned credit card equipment (which the company received) and they continue to send out invoices, even though we no longer use the company for our credit card processing. We have copies of letters sent, but it's as if it does not matter.
We have the tracking number that indicates this company took possession of the returned equipment. At first we were told they had the credit card machines and not the pin pads. Now we are told they have the pin pads but not the machines.
We have called and talked to many representatives, to no avail. This is a terrible company to deal with and we would recommend you hang up should they call you. They are dishonest and uncooperative.
