Looking up their web site and I got this page is this true? Ripoff deception?

They told me that can only use the card on the internet and said that it would help with my credit and signed me up for the usa platinum elite credit looked for the web site they had and was sent to this page the web site is at: www.usacreditsuperstore.com.
