If an in your face demeanor is what Liberty is trying to convey, well then they have succeeded. If they want these same "in your face" franchise owners to lie, cheat and steal there way to a fortune, then again, they have succeeded. My experience with Ms. Fuller is less than enchanting. She is gruff, loud, obnoxious and a very bad dresser (not that I should mention this, however, clothes that are two size too small are NOT flattering). Anyway, this smiling, redhaired cherub told me, after about a half dozen "darlin's" thrown in to butter me up, that my return wouldn't be more than $150. I explained that this was a bit high, considering the ease of my return and the fact that I had paid $75 the previous year.
Somehow I wound up being convinced that she could move heaven and earth and also somehow wound up paying over $300 for a return that was just my 2 w-2's and I don't even own a home. I feel betrayed, cheated and worst of all, stupid for falling for her insane act. I pray that more people will see this devil for who she really is. And I read that someone saw her plop down $10k at the casino, I know people who see her regularly out in the gambling world. Must be nice to STEAL from innocent people and get away with it.
I just came across this site accidentally and was surprised to see her name - actually not surprised, it just made me think, more people ought to voice their concerns. I know I am not alone in this, and I don't think that anyone should go to Liberty Tax if they don't want to be ripped off.
