The Dog Owner (Nancy Hanzel or atleast what she calls himself) is really a CRIMINAL really unprofessional, cut us down. We'd worked two times on the task on her, after which once the job is finished she begin providing multiple fake reasons to ensure that she'll elope without spending money on the task.
