Overseas Customer Service Has No Idea What Is Happening

Your customer service overseas is awful! How can you allow people who do not even live here to help people in this country? Oh wait, they don't help people. They have no idea what is going on! I am so agitated that, if it wouldn't hurt my credit, I would never do business with you again!
