Awful, awful customer serv. My service was out for 50 days, with 2 serv. Calls. They agreed to refund only $15. My monthly chg is $62!!! Twice cust. Serv. Hung up on me. The 3rd time I was sent directly to voicemail. Does that seem a little fishy to you? I'm going back to cable. I was going to change to Dish Network. But they are getting terrible reviews, too. Sigh.
