This poor excuse for a debt collection company made the weakest attempt to collect a debt from me. Business rule #1: Smart People don't respond well to intimidation.
Off the bat, they used aggressive comments and threats to try and frighten me into giving them an immediate payment, tried to deter me from seeking legal advice, demanded a payment "or else" without even validating my debt, advised me to get a second job, advised me to learn how to handle my finances, and the list goes on.
These sorry, weak, dumbed down, pathetic, dispicable to the human race, goon employees manipulated their notes to work against me with my creditor. I know this because they were angry at me for not giving them money I don't have.
These young boys really need to get some training and need to familiarize themselves with the FDCPA before consumers begin making money off of their ignorance.
"TONY LIMON" (stupid enough to give me his real name) was the poor dispicable excuse for a human who tried to speak clear english while threatening me but his trailer trash dialect made it apparent early on that this was just a poor uneducated, neglected boy.
There is also Mr. Leerman. The new guy being trained by these bottom feeders. He called me AGAIN. Wanting the same info I gave them 3 times now. It was sad when you tried to muster up the guts to be rude to me. You tried to be aggressive but you just didn't have it in you you little mamas man. Did you? Keep on working at it son and you will become as sorry and pathetic as your boss one day. Hopefully.

Please be advised that I have had several conversations with your employees regarding a personal debt that your company is recovering on my creditors behalf. I would like to bring to your attention that employee Tony Limon has used several collection practices that violate the fair debt collection practices act. This disrespectful, unprofessional, untrained, uneducated employee is a risk to your organization. This employee has assumed that I do not know my rights under the FDCPA. Today, I recieved a call from Mr. Leerman asking for the same information "with his nasty attitude" I have given two other employees over and over which is considered harrassment. This employee's dumbed down and aggressive behavior is also a discrace to your organization. Because of my experience with these terrible employees, I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and contacting my creditors' collection department to report your fraudulent collection activities. I will continue my persuit to expose these activities to my creditor via email, telephone, and written correspondence until the appropriate people are advised on how their customers are treated by pbc. Had I recorded my conversations with these ignorant employees, I estimate that their actions would have cost your organization nearly six times the debt they were attempting to collect. So let them continue to call... I will be recording them from this point forward...
