Non disclosure of 2yr contract

I named nowadays 06/26/09 after twelve months of support to stop programing and solutions. I had been advised I'd be billed $240.00 for eliminating a-2 year agreement. I had been never informed of the contract both spoken or created or did I sign a deal. Moreover the consultant (Eric 10015176) explained he'd cost the charge card on apply for all exceptional costs and cancelation charges. I told him he's no agreement to cost my charge card. The internet support under consideration specifics says nothing in regards to a deal or and termination time. While was this revealed in my experience? How am I likely to create a sound company choice without COMPLETE DISCLOSURE? Full Disclosure is just a requirement of Their State of California. I'd like my providers disconnected and my costs returned in my experience. After I requested the providers there is never a update to support or equipment.
