I hate this company! They are complete unprofessional IDIOTS! I called in for the 1000th time to set up some kind of arrangement to get this monkey off my back. I am only 22 yrs. Old i went to college in 2004 for one semester and never returned. I have had these student loans every since then and i have had no clue where to start on re paying them even if i did i still had no money to do it because i was 19 with no job so i had no way to pay anyway.
I handled this issue with TG loans who was over my loans to begin with. They tried garnishing my wages and i had to fill out a packet stating why they cant do this and the reason they cant is because it would leave me hungry on the streets. When i received a letter back from TG loans saying they are withdrawing the order to garnish wages not even a week later these windham gangbangers started harassing me at my job!!! I had no clue this had been turned over to these idiots but anyway i tried coming to a agreement to re pay and they always wanted the money right then and there. They wanted me to pull 100 dollars out my ass that day. I dont know about anybody else but at 22 i am broke and that was impossible to do especially when i have rent, car note, car insurance, electricity and etc to pay for ALL BY MYSELF! I simply asked if i could have it in by at least a week or two from then but that is not an option they would not except that.
I called again today to speak with someone to get this taken care of. The call started off fine except for the fact that he put me on hold to throw something away because he just finished cleaning his desk?!?!? Professionals huh? This guy obviously has no work to do or something so maybe he shouldn't be employed there furthermore we got to the part of when can i send the 100 dollars. We agreed on june 30 but here is the part that pissed me completely off he says they have to have the payment in the morning. I dont get a pay check until the afternoon. So this created such a big deal.in my opinion if i am willing to send u money then u should take it no questions asked but he would not except it after 5:30 although he would be there until 10 P.M. That day. After talking down to me and calling me a borrower which is out of my name i asked to speak to a supervisor who is DAN RACCA. This asshole gets on the phone with a horrible attitude now i have worked in customer service which is what they claim they are not... U do not talk down to a person at all and u do not yell at a person like they are a child and when i say he yelled at me i mean he YELLED at me. I am done with talking to these assholes and i have no clue where to go from here. I am pissed but im willing to resolve it but not with people who have NO PROFESSIONALISM WHAT SO EVER! Windham professionals my a*!
