After calling the Customer Service Dept. 3 days in a row, I finally decided to try to outwait their 'hold' time (44 min). I waited on the line for over an hour, to repeated music but no additional message. No one ever came on the line. I can't return the product without an authorization number, and I can't get a number without speaking to someone in Customer Service!
I am very disappointed with such a lack of service, to say the least.
