They called me and offered to negotiate the interest on my credit card debts. Their fee was $1095.00, which they recieved from one of the cards.
I was told they would call and set up an appointment. The first call was fruitless. The second call was the same. Their system was down and they would have to call back and make another appointment.
When I finally got through to them I was told that cancellation was not an option.
On Feb. 6 they recieved the money off of my credit card. I recieved their package on Feb 13. On Feb 19 I faxed them a cancellation request and the same day mailed a copy of the cancellation request.
I have since then emailed the D.A.in Marietta, Ga. Cobb County. Mr. Pat Head emailed me back that he had forwarded my complaint to the Sheriffs Department, Investigative Div. I also emailed a complaint to the Attorney General, consumer protection dept. I have not heard back from them.
I would urge everyone who would listen to do the same.
