On 6/19 i get a phone from exceptional resource mangement about a merchant account I'd using the hillsborough county water division that i owe $164 since march. The consultant that i talked with requested me easily desired to spend it today i described that I'm having monetary issues that it'll be awhile before I will spend it she asked me easily was operating and that I stated no then she stated she'll draw my social protection # to determine easily was operating used to do not inform her that I had been operating or where I'm performing since it is none of her company then she asked me how I'm spending my expenses and explained that she'll put it down that i WOn't pay-as she got loud with me and stated that I'm making exuses i stated I'm not making exuses there's no method to look after that debt at this time they don't worry about anyone so long as they make it cash.
