Unauthorized payroll account debit / Failure to timely submit Federal tax deposits

UNAUTHORIED ACCOUNT DEBIT: Payroll account debited $29.95 for "a poster". Poster not requested nor required. When contacted, company promied to refund money. Never did.insult to injury-never received poster.

FAILURE TO TIMELY TENDER FEDERAL TAXES: First indication of problem was an IRS Notice of Levy for unpaid back payroll taxes. When Priority Payroll was contacted about it, they initially claimed they had tendered them on time but later sent correspondence showing the taxes were tendered AFTER I contacted them.

Do not use these people.
