First Priority Pay withdrew tax liability from my checking account but did not pay my taxes or file reports

I have had the run around with this company for months. I have two businesses, both of which I used First Priority Pay Payroll. Both of my businesses have been slapped with severe State and Federal penalties for not filing reports and not paying taxes. Sadly, First Priority Pay had been taking my tax liability amounts out of my checking account with each payroll. I am out the tax liability money, plus I am now facing steep IRS and State amounts due.
