Bank of America
Privacy Assist Scam

*don"t bank with bank of america!!! * I'm creating this to see EVERYBODY - DO NOT Bank with BoA! I'm on my aged dad's balances and lately I had been examining anything within the consideration after I discovered $12.99 money that mentioned "Solitude Aid Lender of America". I came across this peculiar and so I investigated yesteryear claims and unearthed that it were only available in March at $12.99 each month. I understand my father did not sign up for this, and so I published it out and offered it to him to visit the financial institution the following day! He went there okay and was informed by A WORKER " Somebody interfered with your account" Yes, somebody did tinker using the account - Lender of America interfered using the account! Later my father explained what occurred and that I haven't noticed him this angry. He mentioned he would shut his consideration (a merchant account he'd since 2 banks before BoA got over). I went with him 24 hours later to some other department to shut the balances. That's after I discovered that my father wasn't returned for that money-they ILLEGALLY required out-of his consideration. I'd to request the reimbursement as well as then your bank appeared like he did not wish to assist. He informed us "that is clearly a diverse division" as though I care that it is a diverse dept! Longer narrative short - Privacy Aid did not wish to return all the cash. They advised my father "we did something so we can not return everything". Well, I acquired about the telephone and requested to get a boss, however they would not speak with me. And so I told them "that is good, but some tips about what I do want to know. Why did you take the cash that you'd no expert to consider? And what would you suggest you will not provide a complete reimbursement? That which you did was illegitimate and that I need the cash back." Within a few minutes, they'd decided to provide the full return back. Do you consider it stops there? NO! The bank explained they might provide the total sum back however it requires 7 - 10 TIMES to obtain the reimbursement and also the consideration needs to be reopened! I decided to that just since I needed that reimbursement. But have they never heard about digital remains? To allow them to electronically CONSIDER cash without authorization however they CANNOT electronically DEPOSIT they money-back they should not took! Additionally, why does the consideration need to be available? Email a check - you're a lender - EMAIL A CHECK!

I believe that BoA goals SENIORS by registering them fraudulantly within the Privact Aid. I believe this since both my cousin and that I have checking balances and neither among people were "immediately enrolled" in Solitude Aid. Plus, I asked many times "How did this occur? How was my father signed up for this?" And each time I requested I had been informed another solution. A few of the solutions were "whenever your father triggered the bank card - that will trigger it." Truly - since when they had examined his report - he does not have a bank card and not had one

Bank of America releases off their clients using the Solitude Aid! They DID NOT provide the reimbursement they stated they'd so when I named nowadays I had been provided the run-around again! I have more operating completed when coping with them that I actually do on the treadmill! HA HA~ But really - BoA DOESN'T HAVE to took that cash, NO to have enrolled him in something together with his understanding and acceptance, & most of - they've NO to consider 7 - 10 times to reimbursement the things they required electronically after which they did not actually return the entire quantity!

Bottom-line - do not bank with bank of america!
